He also had attacked the mentor of Blackpool Combat Club William Regal; Which made Bryan Danielson so much angry that he wanted to destroy MJF and take that world title away from him.

Bryan Danielson needed to win a series of multiple matches in a row until February 9th 2023 Dynamite show; just to become the number one contender for AEW World Heavyweight Championship and have a match against MJF to get revenge. MJF also agreed to this stipulation and was making sure that Bryan Danielson loses any one match in this series and he didn’t have to face Bryan at AEW Revolution.

That’s why MJF threw multiple great opponents in Bryan Danielson’s way like Konosuke Takeshita, Bandido, Brian Cage & Timothy Thatcher; just the name of few to defeat Bryan Danielson. Danielsen defeated each and everyone and his last opponent was Rush; whom Bryan Danielson faced on this week’s AEW Dynamite show.

Now as per stipulation MJF has to defend his AEW World Heavyweight Championship against Bryan Danielson at AEW Revolution 2023 pay-per-view in a 60 minute iron man match.
