A Lawsuit filed against AEW Superstar. Since day one of AEW, The company has stayed away from any legal actions and the bad publicity. But recently the company and AEW Superstar has been sued by CFX for the mask design.

AEW Superstar Luchasourus, who was on a monster run in the company, chasing championships. Suddenly stopped appearing on AEW television and The latest reports are covering the possible reason behind Luchasourus’s AEW Absence.

The report states that in court documents. CFX said that Luchasaurus was authorized to use the mask as a performer. But that the company retained merchandising rights to the design.

“Luchasaurus was allowed to use the mask in events as a wrestler, but neither he nor anyone acting on his behalf was entitled to create merchandise that incorporated the mask design.”

Reports are saying that mask designer CFX sued AEW and Luchasaurus in United States District Court; Eastern District of Louisiana in December 2022. seeking profits that the two have earned in using their mask in merchandising, as well as damages.
