ROH World Title Match announced for Death Before Dishonor. In 2021 Ring of Honor company went on hiatus; Hoping with an even better comeback in 2022. But the huge change in power happened during this hiatus, As Tony Khan bought the Ring of Honor Company. And now Tony Khan is the new owner of Ring of Honor.

Now with Tony Khan in authority, Tony Khan is relaunching Ring of Honor with an upcoming pay-per-view event Death Before Dishonor. Tony Khan already confirmed multiple matches for this pay-per-view but the ROH World Championship Title Match was still vacant.

This week on All Elite Wrestling Rampage special Fyter Fest Show. Jonathan Gresham defended his ROH World Championship against Lee Moriarty. He successfully retained his ROH World Championship. He was cutting and excellent promo after the victory but he got interrupted by Claudio Castagnoli. Who stood on the ramp and challenged him for ROH World Heavyweight Championship.

Surprisingly AEW made this match official for upcoming Ring of Honor pay-per-view Death Before Dishonor; As ROH World Heavyweight Champion Jonathan Gresham; will defend his ROH World Heavyweight Championship against Challanger Claudio Castagnoli. This is the biggest match Tony Khan has ever booked for Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor. And it’s even bigger match for Claudio Castagnoli because; he had worked for Ring of Honor for several years in past but he was never a world champion.

So if he could take the ROH World Heavyweight Championship from Jonathan Gresham; Then this will be the huge accomplishment for Claudio Castagnoli.
