Kenny Omega dealt with a 50% chance of Death ! Kenny Omega alongside Chris Jericho (The Golden Jets) had set to face Ricky Starks and Big Bill for AEW Tag Team Championships at Upcoming AEW Pay-per-view World’s End 2023. 

As of now the match status seems to be up in the air. Because Kenny Omega recently has been diagnosed with some illness. Kenny Omega stated that he will be out of action indefinitely and hopes to make his return as soon as possible.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio has reflected on Kenny Omega’s situation revealing some inside details about Kenny Omega’s Health. He said :

Kenny Omega was told when diagnosed with Diverticulitis that he was very lucky. He went in because the situation could have been catastrophic, such as getting a blood infection. If he wasn’t diagnosed at the time he was, which would have something like a 50% chance of death. Kenny Omega as the week went on was doing better but still has to be patient and let all the treatment play out until he can take the next steps to recovery

Kenny Omega has his fair share of injuries throughout his career, dealing with more than one at the same time. But this one seems more serious than any other.
