AEW Fyter Fest 2022 Viewership dropped. AEW hosted one of the best Dynamite special episodes of 2022 known as AEW Fyter Fest Week 1. The show had some pretty memorable moments; like an excellent promo from Chris Jericho addressing his upcoming match against Eddie Kingston; Jon Moxley’s fantastic match against Konosuke Takeshita and Keith Lee & Swerve Strickland Becoming New Tag Team Champions. But unfortunately neither of these couldn’t help AEW in Ratings.
As per Showbuzz Daily, AEW Fyter Fest Week 1 netted 942,000 viewers on TBS Network. Which is 4% down from last week’s AEW Dynamite’s Viewership. Last week’s AEW Dynamite show generated 979,000 viewers. As far as the 18-49 demographic goes, AEW Fyter Fest generated 0.32 ratings. The demo rating had a bigger relative drop from last week’s 0.36 ratings which is at least 11% down. The good news is even with these ratings AEW Dynamite finished in first place in the demo rating in Wednesdays Top 150 cable TV programs for the night.
It seems like AEW isn’t getting any luck in TV ratings because that viewership is consistently declining. And AEW has just occasionally crossed the 1 million mark. Which shows that TV is dying and it’s time to switch to the streaming networks.
