Bennett manages to land some blows to knock out Orange but he recovers and attacks him roughly. Gotchstyle Piledriver by Bennett but Cassidy resists a two count. Orange Punch and the triumph.
Taven and Roderick Strong attack an exhausted Cassidy until the music of Jake Hager plays, who scares the villains away with his power and raises the champion’s arm.

Garcia thanks them and that thanks to his efforts he is where he is. Garcia addresses Christian Cage and assures him that he will make him perform and he will emerge as the new champion. The champion comes out to respond.
Cage highlights everything he said but tells him that they will not be in a ring together because he is not ready for that. Cage makes fun of Garcia’s parents and offers to be his father, but he insults him and Nick Wayne goes up to attack him until the challenger himself throws him out of the way.
Storm dominates the entire fight, without the rookie being able to hurt her, until she gets bored and closes the fight with a brutal Crossface for submission.
Deonna Purrazzo appears after the fight and the champion flees down the ramp, without meeting her, and remains in the ring for her fight against Madison Rayne.
Deonna Purrazzo enters for her match and briefly encounters Storm. She then shakes Madison Rayne’s hand to begin their match, and the two face each other with wrestling moves on the ground. Rayne briefly takes control in the corner, but Purrazzo avoids an attack and takes a big boot. Purrazzo then follows with a sliding kick.
They fight outside the ring, with Rayne crashing Purrazzo into the steel stairs. Inside the ring, Rayne applies a submission hold to slow the pace. Rayne then hits an enziguri, but they both collide in the ring. They trade blows until Purrazzo knocks Rayne down, who lands awkwardly on her head. The referee and doctor intervene to check her, and Purrazzo quickly obtains the victory by submission.
Purrazzo ends up winning with Toni Storm’s “Break A Leg” ankle lock. After the fight, Storm comes out and ends up locking Purrazzo in with the Break A Leg.
