Another AEW Barbed Wire Death Match set for Fyter Fest. This week on AEW Rampage, AEW had one of their best Rampage shows as Eddie Kingston faced Konosuke Takeshita, Jonathan Gresham turned heel and Orange Cassidy defeated Tony Nese. With this AEW also announced multiple matches for their upcoming shows.

One of these matches is The Barbed Wire Death Match between Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho. Both Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho have been in rivalry for the past six months. And they had several matches against each other, sometimes involving multiple superstars or sometimes one on one.

This match between Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston will be a one on one Barbed Wire Death Match; And Jericho Appreciation Society will be locked inside a cage. As per the Discovery Shark week the theme for the show will be Discovery Shark. The match will take place on the July 20, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite special Fyter Fest Week 2. And this may be the final time Chris Jericho and education face each other in a singles match.

The last time these two superstars faced each other was in The Blood & Guts match. Eddie Kingston and his faction Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Santana and Ortiz won that match; But Eddie Kingston didn’t test Chris Jericho’s Blood that’s why this time it will be the Barbed Wire Death Match for maybe One Last Time.
