AEW Rampage Results December 8, 2023. Bryan Danielson will face Daniel Garcia in search of three points at the AEW Continental Classic. Orange Cassidy and Danhausen will appear on this Friday’s broadcasts.

Orange Cassidy International Championship vs. Angelico

The two men begin to struggle with each other’s arms. Cassidy is trapped until he breaks free for a Crucifix. Angelico goes for a Firemen’s Carry, but is reversed with a Hurracarana. The challenger achieves a first kick on the hip of his rival, who maintains the advantage with his hands in his pockets but finds it difficult to get up. Cassidy takes attacks on the legs before escaping a neck lock.

We return from the break with a Slumdog Millionaire from the champion. Serpentico intervenes on behalf of his companion, but Danhausen achieves the same with his and casts his curse on Angelico. The latter applies a Spinning Figure Four from which Cassidy escapes by reaching the ropes. Danhausen avoids another illegal attack with a low blow to the masked man! Orange Punch to knock out the challenger and victory for the holder. As he pinned angelico

Winner and STILL CHAMPION: Orange Cassidy.

Abandon vs. Trish Adora

Adora applies several right hands, but they don’t seem to have any effect on her opponent. Abadon responds with much more accurate attacks, including several machetes to the back of his rival. Adora leaves her on the mat to finish it, but Abadon gets up immediately. Knee to the face and Black Dahlia for the victory.

Winner: Abadon on account of three

Julia Hart appears to accept a challenge from Abadon for the TBS Championship.

Tag Team Match

The Don Callis Family (Powerhouse Hobbs and Konosuke Takeshita) vs. Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal

Daniels fails to take down Hobbs, who manages to stop him with a Lariat. Takeshita takes over and maintains the advantage with quick attacks and a Moonsault. Sydal enters the ring to gain dominance with body kicks followed by a Wristlock Takeover.

Daniels takes the hot tag after the commercial break, but it is not enough to regain the advantage against an indestructible Hobbs. Takeshita pushes Sydal away and Powerhouse closes with two Powerslams. 1…2…3…

Winners: The Don Callis Family by three

AEW Continental Classic (Blue League)

Bryan Danielson (3) vs. Daniel Garcia (0)

The two begin with a struggle and a lock on the canvas. Bryan goes past an arm lock to apply a Suplex with the strength of his shoulders. He escapes a leg lock by touching the ropes, provoking Garcia’s fury. Danielson kicks his leg several times before being stomped on his patch area and receiving knees to the chest. He responds with a German Suplex to stay in control before the final commercial break.

Daniel remains on the ground before the kicks to the chest. He responds with several slaps followed by a Suplex and looks for a Piledriver, but is reversed with a Triangle Arm Choke that almost completely weakens him. Garcia passes out from a Psycho Knee attempt, but reacts in time to lock his opponent in a leg lock. Bryan responds in time with a neck grab, but his rival breaks away for a Dragon Killer. Garcia gets confident and runs, but receives the Psycho Knee. The stomps to the head close with the Crossface that makes Daniel pass out.

Winner: Bryan Danielson (6) by surrender
