AEW Collision Results January 20, 2024. Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli take on team against Eddie Kingston and Ortiz in Missouri Adam Copeland, Jon Moxley and Thunder Rosa return to singles action.

Tonight we will once again enjoy a new live follow-up of AEW Collision . The All Elite Wrestling show will air from the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. You can follow all the results of the episode by updating this same news.

Jon Moxley vs. Shane Taylor

Mox looks dominant in the first few body shots. His rival stops him with a push that immediately makes him lose his balance. The two exchange Chops until Taylor corners his opponent for a Lariat. Jon escapes a second attack and Shane reverses a Piledriver attempt. The action goes to ringside, where Moxley throws his opponent into the steel steps. Lee Moriarty takes advantage of a distraction and kicks his teammate’s rival.

Taylor dominates until receiving a Cutter followed by several blows to the head. Mox receives a Lariat that stops the counteroffensive, but he maintains by reversing a Powerbomb with his Triangle Arm Choke. He withstands another bomb and quickly catches Taylor in a neck lock before the referee stops the fight.

Winner: Jon Moxley by surrender

With microphone in hand, Mox describes himself as “annoyed and hungry.” He assures that anyone who tries to get close to him, both enemies and allies, will have to be careful of what he has planned for 2024. & Review Samoa Joe’s victory over Hook in the main event of the last AEW Dynamite.

Adam Copeland vs. Dante Martin

They both start evenly before Adam falls with several Whips. The veteran escapes from an arm lock, but misses a jump from second and receives a Moonsault in the center of the ring. Copeland throws his opponent out of the ring before the commercial break. Dante escapes from a neck tie and looks for offense behind the ropes. Adam advances to ringside and is knocked down with a Hurracarana.

The Rated R Superstar reverses a hold on his DDT and goes for the spear, but falls into the barricade. Martin launches himself at him, but fails to make the rope due to his rival’s feet on the ropes. Copeland survives a Powerbomb from the top rope and catches his opponent in the air for a Spear. He locks him in his Crossface for the win.

Winner: Adam Copeland by surrender

For Tony Schiavone in the ring, Adam Copeland offers his praise to Dante Martin but reminds the public that he remains undefeated in his Cope Challenge . The veteran asks for noise from the Saint Louis public, and promises that he will return to the arena with the TNT Championship around his waist.

Backstage, Bryan Danielson points out Eddie Kingston as the lowest point of his career, and promises that he will fix that mistake tonight. Claudio Castagnoli tries to calm him down, ensuring that he gives too much importance to someone who will go down easily tonight.

Thunder Rosa vs. Queen Aminata

The two women exchange neck locks. They both break free and distribute Roll-Ups until Aminata hits a Backbreaker. Rosa takes a Double Stomp, but responds with a Hurracarana followed by a Dropkick to ringside.

La Mera Mera recovers ground after the commercial break. She locks her opponent in a Small Package, but reverses it into a Powerbomb. 1…2…3…

Winner: Thunder Rosa on account of three

Bullet Club Gold come on stage. Colten Gunn imitates The Rock’s ” Finally… ” phrase and Jay White takes the floor to announce the return of the Collision Cowboys to his house. With his recovery underway, Juice Robinson is replaced with a cardboard cutout causing uproar from fans. The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn interrupt to congratulate their ROH champion counterparts. AEW trio starters offer an alliance in order to capture all the gold. A scissors shake seals the deal to create the Bang Gang Scissor Gang .

Buddy Matthews vs. Daniel Garcia

The one from House of Black starts with an advantage by connecting several Shoulder Tackles. Daniel responds by throwing his opponent out of the ring. The group of villains try to interfere, but FTR sides with Garcia before the commercial break.

Buddy falls with a Piledriver towards ringside, attracting the attention of the companions at ringside. The two men return to the ring in time. Daniel stomps on his opponent at ringside and damages his leg with the barricade. He goes for a leglock, but Matthews smashes his head into the mat to escape. He hits a Jackhammer and goes for a Powerbomb, but Daniel catches him in a Jack Knife for the win.

Winner: Daniel Garcia on account of three

The two groups come into conflict and several referees and workers come out from backstage to separate them & Backstage, FTR and Daniel Garcia challenge House of Black in a steel cage elimination match next week.

Roderick Strong vs. Matt Sydal

Strong escapes from a first lock and struggles against the leg and neck of his rival. The Undisputed Elite is thrown out of the ring before the commercial break.

We return with a knee to the chest that damages Matt. Roderick takes a Hurracarana and several kicks before falling with a Meteora from the second rope. The one from UE escapes punishment with a knee to the chin and closes the fight with a Death by Roderick. 1…2…3…

Winner: Roderick Strong by three

Team Match

Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli) vs. Eddie Kingston and Ortiz

Bryan mocks Eddie by ignoring him to focus on greeting the public. Both struggle after several moments of waiting, and the one from BCC gets a first kick to the back. Ortiz takes over, but is easily cornered by Danielson and Claudio maintains the advantage in favor of his team. Both perform a combination that knocks down the Puerto Rican before the last break of the night.

Ortiz escapes from a neck lock with a Hurracarana, but is cornered in the Giant Swing. The Puerto Rican resists Danielson’s kicks and sends the Hot Tag to Eddie. The Triple Crown champion resumes his rivalry with Castagnoli, with whom he exchanges body blows and kicks. The BCC man resists the blows to the chest and catches his opponent for a Discus Lariat. Bryan enters the ring for a Headbutt while Claudio pushes Ortiz away from the corner. Kingston delivers Chops and Ortiz recovers for several team maneuvers. Bryan traps Ortiz in a lock for several minutes and Claudio stops Eddie at ringside to allow his partner’s victory.

Winners: Blackpool Combat Club on three counts
