Ricky complains that at All In he was sitting in his chair and couldn’t be in London, at Wembley Stadium, so he wants this strap fight at All Out and wants an answer now.

Steamboat comes out on the ramp, with a contract and an angry gesture. The Dragon tells him that more than three weeks have passed since what happened and that he has been growing all this time, so it is time to give him what he wants, so he will sign the contract to shut his mouth once and for all. He shows her the contract to sign and once she does he gives her a surprise.
