AEW Grand Slam hosting biggest crowd in New York City. With fans coming back to arenas, AEW is ready to go back on the road with live shows and fans in attendance. AEW will be starting to tour again on July 7th, 2021 and they are announcing huge events as they’re coming close to July 7th, 2021.
Recently Tony Khan appeared on WFAN660 and he made some huge announcements regarding AEW’s future. Tony Khan revealed that they will be heading to New York to host their new show called AEW Grand Slam. The show will be on September 22nd, 2021 at USTA Arthur Ashe stadium in New York City. It said that AEW Grand Slam will be AEW’s regular TV shows coming to TNT Network in future. The show will be at USTA Arthur Ashe Stadium whose capacity is 23,771. AEW can increase the capacity of the arena to welcome more fans to enjoy their show. Which means this will be the biggest crowd that AEW will host until this point.
