AEW Dynamite viewership dropped below 1 million mark. This week’s AEW Dynamite show was the go home edition Dynamite show for their upcoming Dynamite Special Event Blood and Guts. The show was memorable for its moments and segments and it also had some great matches but the ratings aren’t in favour of AEW.
AEW Dynamite viewership dropped below 1 million mark
Last week’s AEW Dynamite show scored the membership of 1.104 million viewers. Which was AEW’s 2nd great viewership numbers after Wednesday Night Wars. This week AEW Dynamite show’s viewership dropped by 21% and scored the viewership of 889,000 overnight viewers. This is a very shocking stats for AEW because last week’s Dynamite show had scored above 1 million viewership for the second time in a row. Prior to that AEW had their biggest viewership since the premier episode of AEW Dynamite which was 1.219 million viewers.
As far as 18:49 age demographic goes AEW’s last dynamite had 0.37 ratings in 18:49 but this week it has dropped by 11%. This week AEW has scored 0.33 ratings in 18:49 age demographic. Last week AEW Dynamite show ranked #2 in top 150 cable TV programs. Whereas this week AEW Dynamite show ranked #10 in top 150 cable TV programs.
The show had many memorable moments and matches as Orange Cassidy took on Penta El Zero Meido; Adam Page got his first loss in months by the hands of Brian Cage; Darby Allin successfully defended his TNT Championship in the main event against Dark Order’s 10; Inner Circle and The Pinnacle had a great Parley. But it was not enough to increase this week’s AEW Dynamite shows viewership. Next week AEW might score their biggest viewership yet because next week they have their special Dynamite show called blood and guts. Which will be the first special show going unopposed by any other wrestling show.
